A retail industry customer, with nearly 100 branches nationwide.
• The number of IT operation and maintenance personnel is limited, and the work is complicated.
• Each store has many equipment brands and different architectures, so it is difficult to locate the fault when there is a problem.
• IT operation and maintenance is only a technical level and cannot provide more support for the business.
• The support force for the rapid expansion of the store is not strong, and the project cycle is long.
Project Description
The customer adopts Meraki-Sawan solution, which is divided into three types according to the size of the store: large, medium and small:
• MX64(W) is used for small stores;
• Medium stores use MX64(W)+MR44;
• And MX67+MS350+MR44 for large stores.
