Project background:
The group is a German transport industry manufacturer, mainly engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of body stability control
systems, engine injection systems and transport industry parts. The Group has 18 production sites and 8 research and development sites in China.
Wireless network is the foundation of enterprise digital transformation, in order to build outstanding wireless network, Cassius tailormade wireless
special optimization services for the group.
Implementation Overview
Based on customer background, we are divided into four stages of implementation for customers:
The first stage: preparation work
• Survey drawings and customer site environment confirmation are required.
• Coordinate and communicate meetings to fully understand the current situation and expected goals
• Confirm terminal type and required wireless standard.
• 3. Prepare the Ekahau Connect Pack, a professional wireless survey device.
Stage 2: Wireless Survey
• Radio spectrum survey on site found other signal interference; Channel utilization rate is too high; Rate display terminal transmission rate is abnormal
and other problems.
• Comprehensively comb the test results, analyze the existing problems and form a document, and give the relevant wireless performance indicators
optimization suggestions.
The third stage: optimization implementation
• Through Ekahau simulation test, AP position optimization was carried out according to the actual situation of customers.
• Carry out terminal optimization
The fourth stage: the effect survey after optimization
• After site investigation and optimization, check whether the wireless performance indicators
are expected.
• Confirm that the customer’s wireless requirements are met, and sort out the complete
report to the customer.
