simultaneously carry services and provide disaster recovery support for the other data center.

Through the new partition business scheduling framework, each server node can run safely and independently without affecting each other. Meanwhile, the hot swap function of the node can be realized to facilitate system maintenance and
adjustment. When a data center fails, it only takes a few seconds for the data center in the same city to take over services. This multi-layer service scheduling framework provides the implementation conditions for the new generation of core service
systems from the global application high availability level across the center and the local application high availability level within the data center.
